User Fees for Fort Pond House

Provides exclusive use of house only, park non-exclusive. Fee structure may be changed by EH Town Board approval.

Requirements for Booking

To Book the Fort Pond House the following are required:
  1. Fort Pond House, User Application Form completed (original, not a copy).
  2. Certificate of Insurance which encompasses the dates of the request (minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage, and the Town of East Hampton is listed as “additionally insured”).
  3. Payment (check made out to the Town of East Hampton, money order, or cash) for the entire amount required, for the request made.
  4. For those requesting the booking of Fort Pond House which exceeds the occupancy of 44 persons, needing the exclusive use of Carol Morrison Park in addition to Fort Pond House, a ‘Mass Gathering Application’ must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office. Additional fees may also be required. A ‘Tent Permit’ would be required by the Fire Marshal’s Office in order to erect a tent in Carol Morrison Park. Additional fees may also be required.”

Additional Considerations

  • Fort Pond House maximum occupancy is 44 people
  • Carol Morrison Park maximum occupancy is 150 people (groups >4 people requires mass gathering permit)
  • Town board approval and New York State Liquor Authority permit are required for alcohol consumption
  • Fee waivers for educational groups may be available
  • Parking for 16 cars and one designated ADA parking space will be available
