1. Acceptable forms of payment are personal checks, certified checks or money orders. 
2. Plead guilty, sign and date the yellow copy of the ticket and enclose it with your payment.
3.  Write the ticket number and a daytime phone number on your form of payment.
4.  Make check payable to “The Bureau of Administrative Adjudication” Do not Mail Cash.

6. Drop the yellow copy of the ticket and check and money order in an envelope in the drop box at the entrance to Town Hall at 159 Pantigo Rd., East Hampton, NY 11937.
